Leave a message
The present invention relates to an electric vehicle frame structure comprising a main beam, a frame standpipe fixedly mounted on said main beam, and a main frame fixedly connected to said main beam. Said main frame is primarily composed of a left main tube, right main tube. It is characterized in that: the main frame includes a front section fixed to the main beam and arranged horizontally, a middle section integrally formed with the front section and inclined sequentially, and a rear section. Specifically, the front section of the main frame has a battery box bracket fixedly mounted thereon; the lower end of the middle section of the main frame is connected to a swingarm via a swingarm pivot; the rear inner sides of the rear sections of the left main tube and and the rear inner sides of the right main tube respectively feature upper shock absorber mounting brackets. The rear upper and lower shock absorber mounting brackets are positioned above both sides of the rear fork. Rear shock absorbers are installed between the upper and lower shock absorber mounting brackets. The front outer side of the left main tube is fixed with a side support connecting plate, which is covered by a side support mounting plate. This design offers an aesthetically pleasing appearance, simple structure, excellent shock absorption performance, and facilitates manufacturing.
