Q1. What are your packing terms?

A: Generally, our goods are packed in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you hold a legally registered patent or brand, we can pack products in your branded boxes upon receipt of your formal authorization.

Q2. What are your payment terms?

A: We accept T/T and L/C. For T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the 70% balance must be paid before shipment. We will send you photos of the finished products and packages for confirmation before you settle the balance.

Q3. What are your delivery terms?

A: We support FOB, CFR, and CIF trade terms.

Q4. What about your lead time / delivery time?

A: Normally it takes 20–30 days after we receive your advance payment. The exact lead time depends on the specific items and order quantity.

Q5. Can you produce according to customer samples?

A: Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We are able to open new molds and make fixtures as required.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: We can provide samples if relevant parts are in stock. However, the customer is responsible for both the sample cost and courier charges.

Q7. Do you inspect all goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we conduct 100% inspection on all products before shipment.

Q8. How do you maintain a long-term and stable business relationship?
